Ethan Pikas is the executive chef and co-owner of Chicago's Cellar Door Provisions. Together with fellow owner Tony Bezsylko, Pikas launched Cellar Door in 2014, striving to create a take on Midwestern cuisine that is at once inventive, warm, and familiar.
