John Riggio ‘07 is director of restaurants and special events at The Culinary Institute of America at Copia. A graduate of the CIA in Hyde Park, NY, John has led F&B operations for Wolfgang Puck, Restaurant Associates, and the Compass Group in major U.S. cities including Washington, DC; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles.
